To give you an idea of our services, some of our packages are listed below. Because events are never one-size-fits-all, our pricing is custom and dependent on if you would like the mobile bar rental, how many bartenders are needed to support your guest count & what you would like to serve.

Packages

Package 1 – up to 50 people

(Bridal shower, Birthday Party, Baby shower, etc)

3 hours of bar rental
General Liability & Liquor Liability insurance
Up to 35 miles from Trailer’s home location
Includes set up and tear down of bar
1-2 Bartenders, depending on type of event and customization
Access to mobile bar with limited decor

Items to be customized into package based on number of guests:

1 signature drink
Regular Garnishes (limes, lemons, cherries, oranges, olives, bitters)
Juices (cranberry, orange, pineapple, grapefruit, simple syrup)
Soda mixers (Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sprite, Tonic Water, Soda Water)
Disposable Cups – Napkins – Straws
Custom Drink Menu & Frames to hold the Menu
Access to mobile bar with limited decor

Package 2 – 50+ people

(Large Gatherings, Weddings, Graduation parties, etc)

5 hours of bar rental
General Liability & Liquor Liability insurance
Up to 50 miles from Trailer’s home location
Includes set up and tear down of bar
2 bartenders up to 5 hours (including setup and tear down)

On-Site Consultation (pre-visit)- $25 plus mileage
